It's only 250 bucks and it kinda kills the look of the car to have that not be body colour. But that's just personal preference.

Yep, I'm working in London. And, I may have to bring my car by your shop to get the power steering looked at. Like you said. It sucks.

ok want some input..

i've been dealing with my damaged wheels from shipping for a month. i went through fedex as the vendor asked me to, but then fedex refused the claim because the packaging was crap

so things get ugly the vendor's avoiding me. i pm numerous times with my phone# for him to call me. I call him every few days and i get put on hold and then they hang up on me or i get voice mail. so I leave him voice mails with my number and i never hear from the dude.

at this point i don't even care about the lip chips anymore i just want him to send me the missing valve cover, 1 missing hub ring and maybe a couple hundred to cover repair cost just out of principle that the packaging was crap. although the missing valve cover is clearly a mistake from the shop when they mounted the tires.

am i being impatient?

(i think i just want a resolution.. not some incident left hanging)

Hey, where can I buy automotive paint in the GTA? I need to be able to either pick it based on OEM colour code, or provide them a sample and have it mixed to match. I need it to be in an aerosol can as well.

did you pay by credit card? most major credit cards have their own insurance which you can look into claiming with.

i wonder how that would work.
PC master card has a 90 days protection thing

Best of all, coverage is automatic if you pay in full with your President's Choice Financial MasterCard.
· safety net on your purchases for 90 days against theft, loss, or damage

best to call them and explain the situation. they would know whether you're entitled to compensation in full or just the most recent payment.

i also recently purchased something from a major vendor here too which left a bad taste in my mouth. i won't name names, but suffice it to say i won't be recommending them in the future for anyone in EC.

one of the reasons i tend to stay away from online vendors...you never know what you're going to get.

Hmm.. Spoke with them, but it doesn't look like the piece I have is big enough to sample from. I may end up pulling off the front bumper and bringing it in for them to sample from
