yeah it does suck, he had no idea of the TSB, I should email him our entire TSB oil consumption topic so he gets a clue, he was telling me it might only be a US problem, I told him its the same engine, but he said there are a few parts on the engine that arent the same which might make the difference, I doubted that when I heard it.

whoa, a few parts different... at this point, I can def say that he is uninformed, and probably does not know the VQ very well.
