OS, having a pet squirrel would rule! but, that apartment looks dirty. I wonder where the squirrel goes to the bathroom? You couldn't exactly train it to go outside or in a certain spot. that makes it nasty
haha yah i guess we can thank gm dealerships closing down for this. i think im gonna break the concrete where the posts are going and redo it like 1 foot deep. right now the concrete is 4 inches. im no expert but i know a foot will be prettttttty strong. i should ask a pro.

You will need some serious anchor bolts and some super strong concrete mix..
