haha. some people are so greedy/ stupid.
Can't make it on their own so they break the rules of the system to get ahead.
I say if found guilty their assets are seized and they perform slave labour to ensure some of the money they cost the public is repaid.

Fawk! Sao Paolo! You will have a blast bro..
Don't walk around with any bling.. just dress normal.. avoid walking alone at night.. If you can take transport wherever you go..
And don't worry to much about the drunks.. its the kiddie crews you need to be aware of..
In Joburg... just stay close to your hotel.. do not go walking around in the evenings, without a guide..
