Most of you guys know my car. I'm thinking about getting my CF hood painted black to match the car.

What do you think? Leave it or paint it? It's the Siebon I think its VT or something cant recall the model off the top.

Id say paint it if your bored of the CF look. Does it have vents?

yes it has vents. I was thinking I could leave a little CF shwoing at the vents?

yea, get the vt and leave the vents CF, paint the rest black

I was thinking of painting it this way when i got it but when it was first on it was kinda cool. Now im past that so....

Thanks Ed sounds like this will be the plan I will see if i can get it done when i get my fender fixed.


Should I see if I can get them to fade the paint at the CF vents or hard line break?

I was thinking fade at first but was wondering if that would look like they messed up on the paint or something?

Paint it bro and leave the vents CF.. it will look much cleaner

Thanks Guys!

I have some stress lines/surface cracks on the front near the hood latch. I hope they can fix this and the cracks are not to deap. I am getting the Areocatch hood pins put in to be safe.
