Why are most Z's being sold convertibles?
I was looking on Autotrader and I noticed the majority of 350z's for sale were convertibles. Why is that? Do most people buy Convertibles, or do most people that buy them regret it and sell them?

but i know that is sometimes a turn off for car buyers if they aren't expecting the possibility of wind noise .

My ZR is the Best! It's March in a week and people are thinking spring. Looks like a few dealers are bringing in the ZR from the US and getting ready for early spring sales. The place I got mine from has two in Autotrader and all they sell are US cars. Last year when I bought mine there were three to choose from on the lot.
A little Noise does not bother me any. It`s a Sports car damn it and a cool Roadster to boot! It`s has to be frosty for me to close the roof or raining.
If you can`t put up with a little noise by an electric car.

maybe it's this time of the month. it's starting to head to spring. that's when the buyers start looking.
kinda like motorcycle sales. how many motorcycles sell during winter versus spring-time when the weather starts warming/clearing up?

When I was at the dealer's picking up my coupe, I asked them the same question - they had way more rag tops. He said the Nissan gave them a $3k rebate to take them of their hands. I had assumed that they just sold more. After that, I think they sold less and just made too many.
I think it is because verts are just simply uglier, heavier, noisier and have more things that can go wrong. Did I mention they are fugly?
All Z's SHOULD be hard tops.

It is still February and most of the US and East Canada, where the OP is from, are having a harsh winter. I'm amazed people are surprised that convertibles are being offered for sale in winter.

keep them to yourself. you think its ugly, but obviously other people dont and that is why they spent extra money on a convertable rather that your $hit box. Its too bad that you dont live in toronto. I would have showed you what my convirtable can do to your coupe.
