Looking for a pair of 245/45/18's like OEM Z 040's or 050's. Must have some tread left on them.

iirc, oem spec is 245/45/18 for the rears....i thought he was looking for front tires for aftermarket 18" rims to run 245/40/18.

I was told that by someone else too but I ran outside and double checked and they're 245/40/18 on the rears of my '03 Z. Bridgestone Potenza 040 RFT

are you sure those are the tires that came with the car originally of have they been replaced by a previous owner?

for the Z, stock rear tire size is 245/45/18. You may want to take the oppurtunity to get the correct rear size for your Z.

Good point! I'm not sure why they're on there then. Hope they didn't rotate the tires I'll have to check every corner.

Thanks for the advice man!

can you let me know where these places are (or who) as I need to find a pair of rears in the next month or so - have a lease return and the fronts are fine but I have burned through two sets of rears....and do not want to by new before handing back. Anyone looking to sell OEM size rear tires at a reasonable price PM me - if not can someone let me know where to find some.

Thanks...I am getting rid of the Z (not enough garage space) but I will bring the GTR to a few meets as soon as she arrives.

The fronts are 225/45/18 and the backs are 245/40/18... how I never noticed I have no clue So I guess I'll be looking for a 45 profile after all.
