Sorry...
since I started to mod my 350z I can only provide information in terms of where not to take it.
My honest advice...blindfold yourself, spin around 25 times and install the kit yourself using only your non-dominate arm. That way, when you bring the mangled mess to a body shop in the GTA, they will immediately recognize the work as their own but still try to sell helpful ways to improve it.
The Yellowpages, Google and the search button may also yield further results, but you don't want to do that...

IMO, a measure of a shop is how they correct their mistakes when they make them. Everyone is bound to make a mistake atleast once.
For example, if I hear about a shop that's done someone's turbo install and tune, blew the customer's motor, but then fixed it all on their own dime, you better believe I'll trust them with my car.

Edward, Derek and yourself have all had good experiences with velocity, but then again you are all very well acquainted with the owner.
What happened to mike is inexcusable (giving parts away, WHO THE *** DOES THAT??), even more so is the lack of communication with mike (they don't return emails or phone calls/msgs) when he inquires as to how all this is going to be resolved.
Many of us (including myself) played a small roll in Mike choosing Velocity as the "goto" shop, so I think those of us who did should assist Mike in anyway possible.
Which includes reminding any potential customers of what happened with mike and his z.
Every shop makes mistakes, but its how they handle these mistakes that will set it apart from the rest.
And obviously...
VELOCITY = EPIC FAIL

Yeah, if Velocity would message me back and let me know about my requests, I would be more forgiving. Aside from that my kit was primered improperly in areas. Dave's says his wasn't prepped 100% either, and he has overspray as well. Many of you have seen my car up close and personal. It's not JUST a customer service issue. It's a quality issue as well.
Anyways, my experience is recorded day by day in my "My car is at Velocity right now" thread. I could take pictures of some of the paint pitting to add to that thread. But nonetheless I think it says it all.
