Thinking of buying a condo

Well, I dont have any debt and since then that condo has gone down to 215...I have saved 20k currently......Now, im debating on buying it...No student debt and no cc...I have paid all my debts up.....Now, im debating on the condo or a food business....

I would decide whats in your best interest long term then I guess. You can make money on both a condo and business but really a business can provide a lot more income than a house ever could. It can also goto zero where a house wouldn't so tough call.

I would hit up a bank or mortgage broker before putting an offer on the table to make sure it fits within your budget. You don't wanna be house poor either cause it's not just the mortgage but all kinds of other bills that come along with it.

This is gonna sound messed up, but I get my antibiotics intravenously (google "PICC line") so there is no interference with alcohol and that. I don't take anything orally at all. The surgery was to cut out infection that was in my bone from the accident 4 years ago. So the antibiotics and the surgery should finally have it under control and I'll be in the clear. This **** is messin with my chances to get on the PGA tour...

^It was something about alcohol % in blood slowing down or inproper recovery. That's what my doctor told me at least...
