I cannot tell either my friend, believe me i tried, i have not seen this lip anywhere, thats why i snatched it at a ok price from a dealer. There is a serial number at the bottom, but no brand name or nothing. It looks like a fusion of top secret/stillen '03-'05 lip.

Any id would be nice? lol i just loved how it looked on the car, i had to get it.
