Default T-Dot - 18" Rays Track wheels for test fit ???

Hi guys....
I don't get over here much, but I'm hoping someone in the GTA can help me out.

I'm in the process of installing the Akebono BBK on my G in the next couple of weeks.

I'd really like to pick up a set of 18" Rays track wheels as a 2nd set for track use etc.
These Akebonos are a touchy fit with 18s, on the barrel dimension.
It depends on the barrel 'step' dimensions.

I have a line on a set of Rays but I'd love to do a test fit if possible first.

...any help in the GTA would really be appreciated.

TIA

are u planning on running spacers for the track with these rays wheels? if so, you will have plenty of room to fit the brakes in terms of caliper to spoke clearance, but overall diameter of the brakes might be close. i have these wheels with spacers but i won't be able to give you a hand since ill be working on the car next weekend and taking it to the track. what's your overall diamter to the edge of the caliper? i can take some measurements if you need them.

^ thanks....
I'm pretty sure spoke clearance will be OK w/o spacers.
The overall DIA where the barrel steps is usually the issue with other 18s.
Some are OK others not.

It would be great if you can check dimensions!!!!
Here's a template pdf
When printing you need to confirm that it's printing 100% full scale.
When I printed it the first time it was set to "shrink to printable area"

There's no mad rush for this, but if you can find the time I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Thanks for the info.

I was pretty sure that they'd be OK.
I just want to be as sure as possible before picking these up.

The user "Somebody" is running that Akebono or however you spell/say it. I'm in Barrie, but wouldn't be bothered if you were up this way to do a test fit.

^ Thanks... I appreciate it,
I'll have my Akebono installed in the next week or two (as soon as they get here)
So won't really be a problem.
