Things to do in Toronto
I just realized that you are arriving on the sunday.. so your "clubbing" options will be very limited. Unless you made an error and you are actually staying from the 15th - 17th..
If you are here on the saturday, you will have your choice of clubs to hit
Should be a few asian jams going as well (if thats your thing)
Korea town
-I would hit the west-end.. But it would also depend on whether or not you are comfortable driving around Toronto and its surrounding cities.
"Ji-Mi-Rak" is one of my favorite korean restaurants in the west end... they have some awesome "Ja-Jang_Myun"
I have always enjoyed late night strolls around the lakeshore areas..
-you can hit the beaches for some desert, then hit the Q-beach strip for a moonlight walk.
-you can have desert on college st (euro district) then drive down bathurst st to the lakeshore and walk around the queens quay area.
-hit cherry beach in the east end and you will have a fantastic view of the city skyline, all lit up.
-even do the typical tourist thing and walk around yonge/bay st(s) down to the club district...
-During the day, you can enjoy some drinks in yorkville (ritzy shopping district) then walk across bloor st and enjoy all the great shops.
I could go on.. but I should be working..
Oh and T.O is very 420 friendly.. if that interests you

alright guys, putting together a list of things to do.
Found out that we got an awesome hotel at the Marriott downtown so basically within walking distance of everything.
That being, what are some good bars/lounges around the downtown area? Clubs have been listed already, but I'm also looking for lounges. Preferrably around downtown area within walking distance of bloor/yorkville.
Thanks!! (yes I know i'm a nerd for putting together a list)

ok need more recs for asian clubs. I found a asian promotion group called "hilife". Seems like the only asian promotion group in Toronto. If I can't find anything else then I'll probably just hitup one of their parties.
Anybody have an recs for this upcoming Friday night?

hemingways/remys is in yorkville and is a good patio if you want to hang out during the day.
i think the asian promoters are hilife, acom, citrus.
i believe the friday asian parties are at frequency and skybar.

thanks wonjeremy. Exactly what I was looking for.
Oh and another request
Any of you guys got asian gf's? If so can you ask them where they get their haircut? My gf is looking for a place (preferrably korean or japanese) around Toronto.
I know this thread seems to be very "asian focused" but I'm by no means racist. Just wanna make that comment :0)
