OP's in Canada, but it's still a US Z that he bought used from the states.

I hope you're not trying to pull a fast one here kuoyang, your Z isn't worth anywhere near $28500

Kelley Blue Book value puts it at $21K if it's in pristine condition ($18K if the condition is poor). Even if your z was a CDN. spec z, Black Book value with your mileage (65,000 km's in two years?) puts it between $23K to $25K.

i'd be shocked if you sold it for the price you're asking for here (or your asking price of $30,000 on autotrader) and you'd be hard pressed to find as many people interested in an automatic z this late in the year.

if you do end up selling it at your asking price(s), send me a PM. we're always looking for talented sales people at the company I work for

Honestly, are all americans retarded and illiterate. Everytime i post a thread, some one from down south always misunderstands the post. I was driving my mom's car and i had the right of way. I have a reason to be mad at the other drive for being negligent and if anyone thinks im being racist...they can go f**k themselves.

28500K is a fair price with all of the mods on the car. Also, when i bought the car the exchange rate was 1.25. Furthermore, solar orange is not available in canada and the only way to have it in canada is to import it. The previous owner was in california and therefore the car was never winter driven and rust free.

how's that for a sales pitch 60 seconds...

first off, if the light turns red at any point and you aren't completely through the intersection then you are in the wrong. i'm not saying you were in the wrong, but that's the law....at least in the US.

secondly, how long have you had the car in toronto? It will see a winter pretty soon won't it? lol

Well in Canada for example...if you're heading north and you're at the intersection and someone on the south side is trying to make a left to head east. Regardless of what color the traffic light is, the person making the left is always at 50/75/100% fault deeming on what the insurance company decides.

Plus to reduce these intersection head on accidents, you'll notice most Toronto traffic lights now show a countdown of when it's going to turn yellow. Our traffic technology is damn slow compared to other cities. Took awhile for this to get to us.

btw. when you buy mods..you're never going to get 100% face value for it

and that's why your in a recession....

But i guess i didn't realize the traffic laws are different from us. Over here, if it's a yellow, you're permitted to cross.

If it turned red on you while you were in the intersection, then you would have had enough time to access the situation and take appropriate measures to ensure it was safe to clear the intersection.

Obviously, it wasn't safe and you chose not to stop.

So it's probably not best to try and play off the accident on the other party when you were rightly cited as being partially at fault.

Hopefully, you'll have better luck in the future.

No matter how you look at it, making excuses to make yourself feel better is no excuse for doing what you did wrong.
Been there. Done that.

Russ, i dont know if your just stupid? or mentally challanged? I was going at 75km through the intersection, and the other driver made a left turn on me from the opposite direction when i was already in the middle of the intersection. How am i suppose to avoid it if he just slams into me because he wasn't looking to see if there was any incoming cars so how am i suppose to stop a 4000lbs car.

I think you're the one who's mentally challenged, because why the hell should the driver making a left hand turn be required to check his "BLIND SPOT", if thats what really happened. Do you know what a blind spot is? He was in the opposite direction from you, and you want him to check his blind spot... oh dear!
Who gave you your driver's license? And did your mom teach you how to drive?

it may help your FS if you included a list of all mods done to the car. it would help justify the $5,000-$6,000 difference in price between what your car is worth vs. how much you're selling it for.

and you think you can charge someone the same rate you paid in the past? with that logic i should sell someone my old laptop for the $3,000 i paid for 4 years ago

The price must reflect the custom powder coating on the stock wheels
