75 km/hr is nothing. If you were driving a vehicle without power/abs brakes, I might give you a little leeway. (keyword is MIGHT)

You saw the person in FRONT of you as you entered the intersection with a YELLOW light. It doesn't matter what the person in front of you was or was not doing as you should have anticipated anything from that driver.

Here are some points to remember:
  • never drive when you are sick or injured.
  • never drive when you have been drinking alcohol or taking any drug or medication that may reduce your ability to drive.
  • never drive when you are tired. You might fall asleep at the wheel.
  • stress and fatigue can affect your driving ability. Your thinking slows down. You can miss seeing things, you may make the wrong decision or not make the right one fast enough.
  • never drive when you are upset or angry. Strong emotions can reduce your ability to think and react quickly, or make you more aggressive with other road users.
  • communicate with other road users to make sure they see you and know what you are doing. Catch the eye of pedestrians and drivers at intersections. If you want to get another person's attention, use your horn.
  • stay alert when driving at night, and whenever weather conditions reduce your visibility.

Here's how to reduce your risks:
  • always wear your seat belt
  • be aware of traffic around you by looking ahead, behind, and from side to side and make sure other road users see you and they know what you are doing
  • keep a safe distance from other vehicles
  • check your mirrors and find your blind spots - and don't drive in other driver's blind spots
  • don't make sudden lane changes, use your signals
  • when stopping, check mirrors and begin braking early and stop smoothly
  • don't crowd your driving space with passengers or belongings
  • keep to the right of the road or in the right-hand lane on multi-lane roads unless you want to turn left or pass another vehicle
  • slow down as you come to intersections and look carefully for traffic lights, pedestrians and cyclists
  • obey the speed limit and all signs and signals

So, going by the driver education in Canada, it seems that YOU are still partially at fault for the accident.

That being said, grow up and accept reality.

Love how Russ sites the MTO manual. The OP is just getting destroyed in this thread ha Diggin' a hole over there. OP should just try to sell his car by stating only facts about the car and not his opinions of pakistanis or americans. We all know there are arrogant americans out there, but there are also arrogant canadians. I think we just found one!

Yes, i fully saw the driver in the opposition when i was about to pass the intersection and he was stationary. Than, when i crossed the middle of the intersection, he started driving in from the left side. He was 100% at fault because i had the right of way so i don't know for your trying to blame on me.

This would be my fault if i t-bone him, but it was a straight front end collision and he rammed into the side of my car. I can't help it if you live in some hick state like alabama where the majority of the population are hillbillys.

I like how you're weak attempts to flame me are worthless. I haven't had a wreck in my "hick" state in 5 years. (Just so you know, that wreck wasn't my fault as I was sitting still at a stop sign and hit by an middle age lady that was in a rush like you)

So the other driver was 100% at fault? What did the cop have to say about that thought?

Oh wait.

I got news for you. If the light was turning red, you ran a RED light.

Cop - 2
Other driver - 0

Wow, can someone please me how i am being racing when i put the title of the video as the title of the thread.

https://my350z.com/forum/the-lounge-...vs-lesnar.html

I made this thread and this idiot kasim thinks im being racist to asians. That's a FAIL. I'm just shocked that everyone here thinks it's ok to make a left turn on a main intersection without checking for any oncoming traffic.

I remember you got a stunt driving ticket and got your car impounded for 2 weeks for driving on the opposite side of the traffic? What were you thinking, you could of killed someone especially in downtown traffic where there is a lot of people. I guess you still haven't learned and you need to stop watching the fast and the furious.

So what's with the blind spot story.... why should the guy be checking his blind spot? do you know what a blind spot is?
Go ask mommy... she'll tell you.

You know, you're an American too. Canada, United States and Mexico are all in North America. If you wanted to insult us, you could've said, "Are all citizens of the United States retarded and illiterate?". You just called yourself retarded and illiterate since you yourself are an American, genius.

You are being a blatant racist. Keep driving mommy's car, and make sure you sell this Z cheap because you sure as hell aren't mature enough to own it.

"My mom is making me sell my car"

Laugh out loud to the extreme.

- Weren't you the guy busted for the major speeding violation?
- Weren't you the guy who was thinking of attending Z fest just to try and sell your POS Z?
- Weren't you the guy who's mom is making him sell "his" car because you can't drive?
Oh yeah that just happened. Reading your post history is hilarious. Thank you.

I can vouch for that. I never seen anyone spin out as much at the TMP Cayuga road course. Good thing I kept my distance or I would have gotten taken out...lol

First you call me racist and i prove you wrong, and now your calling me a mommy's boy because she bought me the vehicle. I can't help it if your a paki and you got offended. That "pakistani" comment was a inside joke for those that live in mississauga. I didn't expect all these Americans to butt it or else i would of posted this on the lounge. But i personally dont like pakis and if you are a paki kasim than thats too bad. You need to stop eating that curry, cuz honestly all you pakis stink.

Furthermore, i was selling my Z regardless about 2-3 weeks ago because winter is only a few month away, i've simply just reduced all the prices. And it's funny cuz after 50 posts, no one is acknowledging that the other driver was careless for making a left turn without looking at oncoming traffic. I simply made this thread to warn others in regards to my accident so that it doesn't happen to them and instead i have some ignorant members trying to start drama.

Honestly, i think your pushing it with the comments, im russian and no race deserves to be treated the way you treat them. Like my comment above regarding americans, not all of them are morons, and not all "pakis" stink, its generalization.

Let me guess, your asian?
