Just wanted to get some opinions based on personal experience. Which dealerships are good to deal with in the GTA, more specifically Mississauga. Thanks

I'm looking for a good dealership to deal with for warranty.
Stay away from Oakville.. Stay away from Plaza (Hamilton).. Best bet... Brantford Nissan... From my experiences, terrible service in Oakville, my car came out with more wrong than it went in with at Plaza.. the crew in Brantford have always been accommodating, service is excellent and they will truly treat your car like their own.. I currently live near Barrie and still, to this day, drive to Brantford for any work on the car.. have gone on to buy four vehicles from the team there...

The weird thing is that woodchester and oakville are owned by the same family, except from my experience going to woodchester they made some bulls*it excuse so they didnt have to fix my problem.
Dixie, will try to fix anything they can, without trying to fix the original problem you brought the car in for.
Alta is OK, but their perception towards you makes it appear as if you know nothing about your vehicle, and they know everything, even when you explain the problem to them. The one guy actually told me that it was impossible for the problem I was having to occur, until he testdrove it and realized that I was telling the truth.
Oakville, first shot problem fixed. And the service people were friendly and extremely helpful.
Hope this helps, never tried the 'B' dealerships.

Hmmmm... seems like more people have had good experiences with Oakville Nissan than any other dealership. Perfect, it's not too far away from me!
Canadian350Z : what happened to your car at Oakville?

I got my car at Oakville Nissan back in the day. A lot of sales people blew me off there. But I ended up buying there after they offered the lowest price after some aggressive cross dealership shopping.
I am a mechanic at woodchester nissan. my name is Paul. If any of you need help you can come and see me. My name is Paul. Just come to the shop and ask for me. I will try to help you as much as I can
woodchester is a ****ing joke, poorest customer service.
I bought my Z from 401 mazda (ontario mazda). This was the best dealer i went to. Customer service was excellent, they gave drinks while waiting etc. Overall whole transaction was smooth. (I know mazda does not sell Z's, but it was a trade in.)

I would stay away from Avenue Nissan. I bought my car there and had a bad experience in terms of service. Make a long story short, I asked them to look at the front rotors since they were developing a lip and I thought it should be covered under warranty. They charge me a $50 "brake inspection fee" and told me it was normal wear. I subsequently changed them out myself. They also changed my air filter without asking me. Filter was only 6 months old.
Best one was they told me I needed new rear tires. for a laughed I asked them what they suggested. They said people were happy with the Michelins so I asked which ones, which they shrugged their shoulders!

Umm...Reading this thread got me worried.
My car is not under warranty and it recently developed rear axle clicking.
I am looking for a dealership or mechanices to fix. Both cost effective and good service.
It seems like there is no good dealership to deal with in the west.
Can anybody recommend me a good dealership or a mechanic shop to go to?
Thank you in advance.

I think of all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past I have had the best experience at Collins Nissan in St. Catharines. I went through a shockingly VERY BAD experience at Brantford Nissan when we bought a Versa from them. I would have walked away from the deal (if fact I should have walked away in hind sight) had my good friend not work there.
