i spoke with the guy at Importfest, he said i just had the motor bulit. He said its around 550 hp and cost him $20,000 to do it.

I believe it has been resolved.. Andy should really update, as I believe this was a misunderstanding between the two.

 

i will update as soon as the $$$$ is in my hands and that hasn't happened, he was in Vegas for some time thats explains being un reachable. But he got his car back and done in August, it will be November soon.
