Lol.. No haha.. The ear protection was for the leaf blower I used to help dry the parts off after washing them. I use the leaf blower for everything, it dries the engine quickly after you wash it too.. Lol

Nice again, why did you put the headlights in the oven again after they are painted? if its to reseal, just scrub the old goo and put new silicone or w.e for the seal, that way it will be for sure sealed around the perimeter

The old stuff is rough and stuff to both sides. The light would not close without removing or heating the old sealant. There is no way I could fully remove the old sealant without damaging the light it self.
I heated the light in the oven again to heat the old sealant to push the light back together. Reinstalled the 5 screws to hold the cover in place and went over all seems again with black silicone to make sure they are 100% sealed. (many other people have done it this way, some with a oven, others with a heat gun)
