I don't know if its lame? Just different people with different priorites I guess.
A Nismo 370Z would never be a DD for me. So new, and warranty aren't really big considerations for me. For the 55K it would cost to put this on the road I can buy/ modify some cars I find more appealing. And cost isn't the only consideration. Many of us would be willing to spend more than the 55K price tag on a weekend onlly car. Especially considering I already own a slightly worse version of this Z that I won't sell.
Searching Autotrader for slightly used coupes in the 50-60K price range yields some competition of note.
Corvette Z06
Dodge Viper
Porsche 911 (different models)
Porsche Cayman S
BMW M6
Audi S5
Audi RS4
You may be in LOVE with a NISMO 370Z. But you have to admit that's a tough list to consider.

Your comparing different things. New cars vs used cars. What will the price of a 370 be in 4 years? Maybe 25K for one in good shape and low klm's. I don't think you will find a car on your list that would be 25K unless its in poor shape. Your list has a much higher base point and should be compared with a used GTR. When you bought your 350 new, others could have made the same comparision on used cars of the time.
How important is a new car vs used car? Like you said if warranty is not an issue and you don't mind getting a used car then options are huge including tricked out old muscle cars and even an older Ferarri.
My point is I like the car.
Now that new stang. Yeah its a great bang for the buck if you want to go fast. It's about time a real muscle car came back. I would consider that. With some nice mods it would be sick and even faster.

why is it a POS? I mean, I wouldn't buy one but its better built than a 370z, as fast as a 370z on a track (especially if its an 08+), and will hold its values better. Okay, it looks kinda weird, but whatever.

Thanks...
for your input. Next time I'll keep your needs in mind. Bought the right ride for me at the time, as with the Z.
Looking to pick up a Turbo shortly. If you can get your panties straight and hand off your ****, I'll let you come and pick out the options. Ok, puss?
I loved my Z and all Z car history. If you really want to settle this, I have no trouble making you understand respect.

"loved" my z also meaning you don't have a Z anymore.. You moved on.. well I guess it's time you should move onto another forum also.

People without Z's need to stfu and keep their emotions to themselves. All of you are mad that you sold your z's because the younger crowd could finally afford these cars. I know all your stories, and this is simply just karma biting you in the asses. You were not really welcoming to the new members on this forum, and now look at you, your the niche of the whole group.
- Perfect example summer or so ago we had a meet at hw7 tims, majority of the 14 or so people that came out were pretty much new members, and the old folks (im pointing at you reality and someone else, maybe even Risky?) just parked across the lot with their new cars (non Z's) and just chilled with themselves like douches instead of hanging out with the Z crowd (for what you came there for initially).
Im not hating on tooth or any other senior members, because they seem to keep it togeather and are actually down to earth, its just these cranky mid-life crisis already non Z owners that cause all the trollolololing and cant let go of this forum as if this is their one and only chance to have that last connection with their younger years when they used to have a Z.
So keep your Viagra subscriptions topped up and your trollololing down.
theres my 2 cents,

Speaking of abortion, looks like your parents chickened out half way through.
As well, in my 20's, puss. Looks like your Hollister shirt is too tight.
