it will depend on what you have available to do the job and if you run into some problem.
When I did mine on the 370z , it took me about 10-12 hours in total

the car was on jack stand doing the headers/HFC and wrapping the headers at the same time.
I got a cross threaded bolt on the engine head (driver side) that was a pain in the *** to fix ! thats the reason why it took me soo long !
Wrapping the headers took me about 2 hours

edit; there was some beers break time ofcourse !
you can look at the DIY i did on another forum , your car might not be the 370z but they are pretty close !

depends on the type of header. some long tube like crawford you need to pull the engine others you can get away with doing it inside the car.

Coming from working on vehicles with a lot of room under the hood doing Tomei headers and Kinetix test pipes on my 350 was a grueling experience. It made me decide on a supercharger for my FI setup because i had no desire to go through that torture again

Gen Coupe = Time to visit SG!

We've got 3 2.0t engines on stands at the moment and 2 V6s from last year. I'm pretty sure that's the largest abundance of genesis engines in Canada?

I've got Crawfords on my '03 and engine did NOT need to come out - however engine mount bolts did to move engine first to one side, then the other. Note - I did NOT do it myself!
