WTB: Used Tires for 18" stock performance rims.
I sold my rims and am going back to stock for now. Thus, I'm looking to remove my pretty much used up winters from my stock rims and pop some summer tires on my stockies.
If you've got some rubber sitting around you want to get rid of, let me know.

Go find a tire diameter calculator online, punch in your front, then your rears and make sure that you meet this criteria:
A: Rear diameter is greater than or equal to the front tire diameter.
B: The difference between the front and rear diameter is less than 3%.
This will keep you and your VDC happy. I've been playing with tire sizes lots so I've had to go down this road. I recently found a set of 2011 STI tires, Dunlop SP600's. I'm going to run them and try a square setup this summer which will be 245/40/18. Check on Kijiji, I've seen a couple sets pop up... you have to be quick and pounce though!

I stretch tires, I know them inside out.
These tires are only 2.6% difference in rolling diameter to the 245/40. Front tire size is irrelevant to the rear because it has nothing to do with VDC. (Staggering)
