2011 MAKE OVER!! Pics Inside
so 2011 has been a busy year for the Z so far. I have made a whole bunch of new mods including changing the entire exterior.
Late 2010-2011 Mods:
JWT Clutch and Flywheel (already made a review)
Motordyne 5/16 ISO Spacer
Central 20 Exhaust with custom midsection
GT Spec Dry Carbon Strut Bar
19" Falken Koblenz Rims
BC Racing Coilovers (review to follow soon enough)
Exterior has been totally re-done, it is almost finished. I'll have it back in the next couple of days.
The entire bottom half of the Z is Matte Black, the Hood Roof and Trunk are all Black Carbon Fibre. All this work has been done by 3M Trimline in Mississauga. (Review to come when I get the Z back)
Let me know what you think?

The meisters have to be on an aggressive drop IMO, but what car doesnt?
OP, car is very unique, and it looks good. Do something with teh wheels mang

What about painting the rims a darker colour - black, gunmetal, etc?
Also - i've always wondered...is it a pita to wash these matte paint jobs? i.e. you can't wax it...so dirt/dust/sh*t must be hard to wash off?
Looks pretty nice!

My Z isn't actually painted, it's Vinyl wrapped. and according to the guys that installed it, you can wash it like any other car with no worries (obviously Handwash) I never take my car through car washes anyways.
You can even wax it and everything, and if I change my mind next year I can rip the **** off and go a different colour.
But so far I think it looks really nice

never was a fan of fake carbon wraps, but at least it looks ok. Wheels aren't sporty enough to match the look of the rest of the car imo.
Matte black rims would be too much matte, maybe a set of gloss black rims? I'd choose between a gloss black rim, or go ***** out and get some ridiculously bright rims. Gold, Purple, Blue, whatever. Heck, Kasim's orange CE28s would be a PERFECT match for your car and it's readily available with ballin offsets!

I still haven't decided on colour. But I can get all the rims Powder coated for $200 so that is worth a shot before I think of buying any other rims. I was deciding between gloss and matte black....just havent figured it out. But Kasim's rims are definitely an option, I bought a ton of stuff off as it is lol. But I've never been a fan of really bright rims....I've always liked stealthy.

What info did you want?
right now it is a Megan HR Y-pipe, with a Custom mid and a Central 20 rear section.
When it stops raining, I'll make a video and post it up. It sounds very nice. Best exhaust in my opinion
