Default hesitation while accelerating at RPM 3500...???

I also post a thread in the 350z Tech. Did anyone have the same problem in canada? And how did u fix it? Thanks

When I am on 4th, 5th, 6th gear under full throttle, the car will hesitate. The RPM drop and then it raise up. Sounds like something is slipping. Can anyone help what happen to my Z. The recent mod I had on my HR is AEM dual intake, HFC, Y-pipe and fijitusubo exhaust and 3.9 final gear.

What I am thinking is something stickly or dirt inside the throttle body. Should I need to take out the intake and clean it up? Or do you think is the clutch slipping........appreciate your help.......

looks like the same problem i had about a month ago, mine turned out to be a slipping clutch.
if you can smell burning after making it do that a few times, id say for sure its the clutch.

my first and second were always strong. even third wasnt too bad. 4, 5, 6 ... were the ones that started slipping. to me it sounds like the clutch.

O really.......I thought if the clutch is slipping, it won't even grip on the 1st and 2nd........Mine went to almost 80K. so your situation was kind of same as mine in the vedio clip? so after you change the clutch.......everything back to normal?

Make sure whatever you do go with usps instead of courier to avoid the retarded handling fees.

Thanks.....$940 with usps express......ok! I thought it only cost $760 for the combo. The shipping cost $180? And also I need to get the OEM csc too, because mine is HR motor.

Not sure about having to get a new csc, mine is an HR too... dealership is doing mine and made no mention of it. It was $890 for usps originally but buddy said it could take 2-3 weeks which i didn't want to chance so i had it expressed for an extra $50. Importpartspro may actually have a better deal, i never saw their thread before i ordered. Does the CSC need to be changed out as well?
