350ger aka Roger ends up selling the amuse exhaust to another member. How did this go down you ask... Here's the timeline.

- 350ger posts partout thread and lists the Amuse exhaust for $750.

- I respond within a few hours and offer him $800 dollars. He responds the next day asking me to text/call him. I contacted him on October 4th and he confirms we have a deal for $800.

- after multiple texts I suggest this Sunday as the day for pick-up. He confirms via text last night that he is good for Sunday.

- I contact him via text today to confirm that tomorrow(Sunday) at 2:00-2:30 that I'll pick up the exhaust.

- he then responds 30mins ago that he sold it to another member for $950.


Lesson learned - that 350ger aka Roger's word is worth shyte... Beware of this guy.

I do understand you're pissed off because you couldn't get the exhaust for $800 which is an amazing deal even with $950. You can comment whatever you like, people here just want to buy parts, also feel free to cry like a baby, I have nothing to hide. Also I'm not a person who sits in front of the computer or always on the phone waiting to reply. I will try my best to reply every single one of you asap. Thank you for your time.

Your facts are wrong... I offered you $800 for your exhaust and you were quick to accept my offer. You then ignored my texts which I thought was very shady. Over the phone I asked "do we have deal" and you agreed. I also stated that I would put my exhaust up for sale.

I've bought many items on this site and you have to be the worst member I've dealt with for communication and overall business ethics. The fact that you think I'm crying is a testament to your ignorance.

I probably would've gave you more money for your parts if you had communicated that you were getting other offers over your asking price. Next time post your parts on eBay if you want members to bid. You did a great job of wasting my time.

 

If a person word is like that, then don't be bother with him. I would never sold my word for $150. Just forget it and move on.

Oh! I remembered him now. He posted up a pair of red Bride seats for trade plus cash. I accepted his trade and the extra cash on my side and he agreed too. Then he re-edited his post and increased hi +cash another $100. I think it's shady so I didn't do the trade.

 

Funny you mention that because 350Ger offered me the seats and rails for my OEM leather seats plus cash. I agreed then he emailed me back telling me that he didn't have the rails. I was to busy to source rails and didn't think much of it but now it's all coming together.

Yeah this guy and the authentic part outs is a huge waste of time... love to know who he sold the exhaust to. Did he tell him it had cracks that he had welded any how it melted his evap box? He wanted my evap box his melted box

 

These things happen. Unfortunately not everybody has the same levels of personal integrity. That said, it seems you got beat at your own game. By offering more money than asking, one might think you tried to circumvent the fact you may have been too late in getting in on what supposedly was a good deal, and unfortunately someone came in higher and since the OP appears to be lacking any integrity whatsoever you lost.

I do understand your frustrations though. I just recently went through this crap buying a front bumper/ stillen splitter off this forum where the seller reneged. Lesson learned. Until the deal is done and you have the item in your possession, anything goes. Some people are just more about themselves.

 

I actually responded within a few hours of the thread being posted but you are correct perhaps I got beat at the same game. That said, I guess I just expected more communication... I also believe in keeping your word once a deal has been accepted. I personally feel this guy deserves some negative itrader feedback based on how he dicked me around and wasted my time. I can't believe he had the gull to email me last night to say I could have the A arms... gtfo!

 

If its any consolation I pm'd and emailed him within an hour of his original post, so i figured I had a pretty good shot at it but I didnt hear squat back from this guy. Goes to show he wouldve sold out for an extra $50. Lmao

If everything said above is true, and I'm not saying it is because I know there are always three sides to a story, that isn't cool. Well there isn't much that can be done now. Hopefully you guys are able to cash in on the next deal to your liking that pops up on the forums..

 

Sickboy, he is talking about me. Im sure you know the package hes referring to, it has been on the market for few months just have not upped the thread.
and let me tell you the story is far form what he makes it out to be.
the lip and bumper was sold to a friend, im an honest seller, the basic idea with this guy is that we agreed on the price (below what i was posting as i gave him a discount due to him buying an item while ago from me) it was roughly monday or sunday, we talked about meeting up in a week as i was busy and he had a weird schedule, 1-2days later i said halt the deal as my friend who had dibs on it first decided to buy it. He said no problem at all just let me know what happens/update me as you know. mind you, again it wasnt last minute cancellation on my part, Problem he has is that he just got in a situation as his wife/gf that she decided to surprise him and buy him another lip for 06+ bumper.
Me being a nice guy i appologized that it turned out this way even thought its not even my problem nor my fault what his wife decided to do without his consent. and i actually offered to help him source out an 06 bumper, but thats when all **** broke loose and butts were hurt blaming me for everything lol.
Who would you sell it to, your friend or someone on the forum?

 

Ill call you bs on that, i 99% of the time reply on the spot as i have a smart phone, all emails all texts etc, unless im in class where obviously i couldnt give two ***** about the outside world as education is more important, and your probably reffering to that time when i was infact in school, go ahead post alllllll texts they will all have time stamps, my replies are within a minute when i have time/access to the phone.
