Thumbs up Re-Tune with Tomei V2 by DMT

So I had my Tomei V2 headers installed last month and had my car re-tuned by Tony @ Dynamotorsports. Some nice HP gains over my previous tune. Here's the numbers:

HP: 272.5
TQ: 252

All things being equal, even though they aren't, the headers just gave you hp increase and no torque?

That is my conclusion... DMT definetly got me more HP and the addition of the headers contributed to the increase. I'm guessing you could split the 18 whp increase down the middle.

9 hp to the DMT tune and 9 hp to the Tomei headers.

Tony mentioned that my HFC may need to be replaced as he felt they were holding back the power numbers on the higher end. He estimates another 5-6 whp with new HFC's.

Overall the car pulls harder through all the gears.

My DE put down 252/251 with cai, hfc, 5/16 spacer and tune. I would be hessistant to put the money in for install of headers to grab some hp but lose this torque. Very useful for a daily lol

The sound of the exhaust with the headers is awesome. I didn't lose any torque and the extra WHP is quite noticeable. I wanted to squeeze out as much power as possible but I have to admit it wasn't cheap.

I'm all done with my exhaust/breathing mods.
