Hello. I'm a new memeber and I'm in the market for a 350Z. I've been looking at a few and driven a couple. I'm in love with this car. Anyway, I've got a few questions. Has anyone driven the car in the winter? If so how is it in the snow? Also is there anything I should be looking out for when I buy a Z? (recalls, etc...) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Yes, this car is just plain addictive.

I drove mine last winter with no problems. The VDC kicks ***! If anything, it was a lot of fun... being able to slide into parking spots by swinging the rear around and such....

All you need is a good set of winter tires and you'll be perfectly ok. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to drive in high snow simply because of the low ground clearance.

What year Z are you looking for?

Funny thing is I have come to see you. I was the guy that came by a couple weeks ago with the silver Avenger. I'm close to selling it and will be getting a Z soon. That black one is first on the list.
