Ground kits and Pop charger

any G.T.A MOD store sell Ground kits or Pop Charger?
or do i have order it from WEb site?
if i have to order it from US web site how much it will be? (duty, ship)

my only advice is that if you buy anything from the US, DO NOT use UPS. use USPS or fedex air. UPS has ridiculous brokerage fees.
