Default Idle problem

Recently my car has started to idle very strangely, as if I had aggressive cam or something. It idles right around 7-800rpm, but then it starts hiccuping and yesterday it almost died on me. I have one step colder spark plugs installed but this problem only happened recently so I doubt its the plugs. Could the colder weather be causing this? Oh and I recently tried resetting the ecu by disconnecting the negative battery terminal, dunno if it worked or not. Anyhow any ideas as to what could be causing my rough idle? Could it be an exhaust leak? Its an 03 Z with intake, exhaust and no cats. Thanks for your help.

Why did you use a colder plug? It could be that the plugs are fowled because of the heat range. Have you checked them?

Default Idle

Did you install a SPX Adapter? I've seen your problem on a stock 350 that had a problem with the fuel adapter.
