I agree with PhoenixINX about the timing issue in 4th gear. A reflash would help out a lot if you get it set just right. If Z1 has consult they could hook it up while you are on the dyno to see what is going on with the timing. One thing to try is running in 3rd gear to see if you can prevent the ECU from pulling out some timing while on the dyno. Also, the rpms you mention in regards to hesitation may be related to the variable timing and the cams.

edit: how do you like the headers, i recieved mine the other day and will be installed soon...how do they sound any different also how much of a difference could you feel?
I dont have my car back yet so i cant say anything about the headers, performance wise. I will be getting it back Monday with new dyno runs. I will report back on Mondya. I have about a 75 mile trip, on the interstate, back home when I get the car so I will have lots of room to get a good feel for them. I will try to let you guys know what I think.
