Default newbe question

Just got my Z a week ago. And I am looking to get aftermarket Ypipe, test pipe, header, crank pulley, and intake.
is the stock exhaust good enough to keep? since i like the stock look and wanna keep it quiet.
What hp am I looking to get with these mods?
I am going to keep my car NA, and not going to touch the engine. So what other bolt on parts are available?

you can get a plenum, an upgraded throttle body, 3.9 final drive, cams, ecu reflash... those should also give you some more HP without going F/I

I think you could benefit most from the cams, 3.9 final gear, plenum, crank pulley, and ecu reflash . . . to be honest, our stock exhaust isn't all that bad, but if you have cash left over, then a true dual won't hurt

The ecu upgrade is the integral part that brings it all home . . . you take several separate parts and make a system out of it all

If you get the Kinetix plenum you can keep your strut bar. Get all the mods first then do the refresh.

It depends on which plenum you get. The Crawford takes away the stock strut bar (because it doesn't clear it) and you can buy their strut bar that goes in front of the plenum (you have to modify your engine cover if you want to keep it also). The Kinetix fits under the stock strut bar and uses your engine cover. Both produce similar gains. Of course there are a few others, SSR has one I believe, and Kinetix is coming out with an aluminum plenum similar to SSR's.

You usually tell them the mods you have and they can make you a map, i'm not sure if it's a general intake, exhaust, y-pipe kind of thing or specific for each brand/person, you'd have to check with them. Technosquare does an ECU reflash as well as Altered Atmosphere.
