the other 2 pulleys do nothing for performance... they are the same size as the stock pulley's and do not weigh much less...
one of them is hard to see too...

I wish they made all of those other pullies down there in those 4 finishes as well. I think there are 8 pullies in total including the crank, alt, and w/p? I know it wouldn't put out any extra power, but I think it would look a lot nicer than the stock ones to have them in one of those shiny colored finishes for people that have done up their engines.

Does anyone think that by changing the size of the pulley on the powering steering pump, it would reduce the amount of assist it gives you? If so, would it be bad for the pump, or actually increase it’s life by reducing the amount of work it’s doing. If I could have the use of a little assist during parking and very little while driving, I think this would be the ideal setup for the Z.
Yeah I agree with you I have driven a few cars without power steering and they feel really good going down the road, but when it comes time to park...it sucks.
I'm guessing a bigger PS pulley would reduce the RPMs on the pump thus giving you less assistance in the power steering. But wouldn't you lose power turning a bigger pulley?

But I Think I know something else you are refering too... and a better way to get rid of it...
With the Z's power steering you get some "assistance" in steering... As soon as I completely disabled my VDC / Traction Control the steering is more responsive to every little thing you do. Responds quicker. Even if you press the button to "turn off VDC" every movement the car goes through feels delayed...
Know what I mean?
Our race cars still have power steering with the UR Crank Pulley underdriving it...
