For turbos.

What does it take to get a partial sponser for a car? I mean I race my car all over Texas and keep it completely spotless on even the coldest, dreariest winter day, there's got to be some sort of marketing potential for myself.

Haha, I don't know I guess I just get ancy reading about all the new F/I technology coming out, anyone feel the same?

Cheers,

Z

You might get them to pay for the turbos...

... but will they pay for the repair when you blow it up?

Cheers!

If it blows up, I'll just to park it in downtown bryan for a day then collect insurance when it gets stolen.

well from what I have been told, you need to first show that you are willing to invest in the car yourself first. Putting time, effort, and yes money into the car. Then you will also want to go to car shows and events, and compile a list together of all the events you plan on attending so they know where and how much you will market and expose that big name on your car (beside just driving around)

me on the other hand would love for someone to pay for FI, but I just don't like stickers on my car #1, and #2 I don't want to have to put or do something to my car I don't want to do.... but that is me.

Hope this helps. Best thing to do is to start small company who has connections and they will help promote you to the big dawgs and end getting a turbo. But the biggest thing is that events list...

short of the biggest baddest Z out there (of which there are several being built now), I think you'll be hardpressed to find sponsorship - your are about 12 months late
