Default Crank Shaft Pulley Wobbling

I took my Z in for an oil leak, first they said it was from an aftermarket Valvoline Oil Filter that was causing it amd they also found that my crank shaft pulley was wobbling.

This was the 31st and they said they would have the part in on that following Monday and have everything ready for my car to be picked up that Monday.

Monday comes and I call, they don't have the part it is backordered until Tuesday, Tuesday comes no part it's not backordered until Friday. Friday comes still not part it is now backordered until Tuesday. So I said screw it and I was coming to pick up my car and would drive it until the part came in. (They have me in a POS Calvaler for a rental wtf). I drive it home and engine is kinda smoking, looks like it is STILL leaking Oil. So I call them and they say yeah it's coming from the Crank Shaft Probably. So I saw fawk it and take it back to them to hold.

Today comes and guess what?, Still no part

At this point I'm so tired of this, I just want to go get a TL like I was planning to in the first place. I found a place that has a crank shaft pulley in stock, but the dealer won't get it and install it because they said they have to order it through Nissian for warranty work, I even offered to pay for the part myself

Anyone in Atlanta know a good place to get work done on a Z, I'm about tired of the dealerships.

New here by the way, and just had to vent

Oh yeah I love those guys, they saved me awhile ago

I called the delaer and raised hell, the service guy is pretty cool so I told him transfer me over to you parts manager. He did and I got on him and he called me back within like 30 minutes with a confirmed tracking number for delivery of the part needed tommorow.

why do you have to be an a-hole to get anywhere in life, geeze.

You don't always. Most of the time the same, if not more, can be accomplished by acting nice and leaving the issue on a good note. On the other hand, there are those few people that choose not to provide that option and therefore must be dealt with in a different manner.

I know I always bend over backwards for a nice a respectful client, but usually don't approach this level with a person who is rude.

I agree that is the same way with me when I deal with people, which is why I always try to approach everything from the being nice/respectful side as well.

But my frustration level just hit a high today

All this begs the question "What caused the crank shaft pulley to wobble?" How it get bent? or is it something else going on?

Also is it a stock pulley or an aftermarket one?

It's an OEM stock pulley, I did get into an accident with this car awhile back though(about a month ago) long story.

So maybe that loosened it up and they didn't catch it during repairs, not sure.
