Reflash Options?

Reflash Options?
Ok so I've dumped quite a bit of money into this car only to be greatly disappointed with results. I honestly can't tell if I feel a gain or not anymore. I've read countless threads about people getting their ecu's reflashed only to be further disappointed. Now does this only go for people with 04-05 Z's or does it include 03's as well? I'm really getting frustrated at the lack of tuning options with this car. The car itself seems to have a sh%tload of NA potential but no one seems to want to explore it due to the lack of tunability. So what should I do?

Not knowing what your mods are or what the results are you are disappointed with make it hard to comment. My NA mods gave me 276hp and my car feels great with no reflash or tuning of any kind. I am very happy with my results. However, had I taken it to another dyno I could have gotten 256 (or 296) being that differences between dyno machines can vary as much as 30hp. So, is the lack of HP the reason for your disappointment? The butt dyno is also notriously unreliable as it is susceptible to suggestion. How is your air/fuel ratio? Are you running lean? Too lean and you may need a reflash to get that problem in line.
A little more info please...

Did you get air/fuel ratio measurements on either dyno? It could also be that the header installation created a lean condition which affects performance, but without an A/F reading you won't know for sure.
My suggestion to you is go back to the dynapack and see if you get 275 or something - if you do, you will know the headers had a positive impact on performance. I would just be happy with 269 rather than going back to the roller dyno and be unhappy with the 237. Unless there is a problem with your engine (like a lean condition), dyno results can vary as much as 30hp between dyno machines, so unless you have base dyno results the numbers wont mean much.
Good luck!!!
