I'm seriously thinking about upgrading my base '04 model Z with the used LSD off of say, a performance model. How difficult will this be and what parts new/used will I need to do it? All feedback is appreciated

Also, how much should this cost me total with professional installation and all the parts?

If you go to www.car-part.com ....look under carrier for a 350Z/G35 and you can get the complete rear diff with LSD for relatively cheap....about the same cost of getting sall the parts to do the change on the differential you have. I got a low mileage unit complete for $300 and swapped it in in about 45 minutes.
