Default Engine Architecture?

Does a sufficient program exist to map out the engine architecture, through the body, before building it up?

Thanks

Mark

Yeah, but we need a do-it-at-home version, to mock-up, before the pros step in to correct us.

Any suggestions on which to start with, or create my own?

I used to do some head hunting for people who specialize in computer automated engineering design... using software that maps out how microchips will work if constructed this way and that... the software was $$$ let alone wont run on your home computer...

software to build an engine from scratch is not going to be something you can pick up in a store or hotwire or what ever people use these days to get software...

by the way, i support software companys and every bit of audio software I ever used I purchased...

Thanks Jason

Maybe the micro is for the pro version and the macro can be for the do-it-yourself-er?

most car companies or race teams will use pro engineer, catia, or even solidworks.

a full package will start at 25 grand, though.
