Default upgrade the tranny.....

Is there any way to make the Z's tranny more user friendly????? its the only thing about the Z i really dont like I want smoother shifts......with less effort

yeah i 2nd that question

i have the rogue shifter and am going to try using the 350evo shifter and see how that goes.

I tried synthetic redline tranny oil and didn't notice much difference with that either.

I like how (at least with the rogue shifter) you can feel each gear go thunk into gear and you're confident you're in gear, but i don't like the roughness of each shift. Wish it was just smooth.

do you have any issue with rattling noise from the shifter? I currently have shifter similar to B & M and I get rattling noise from the shifter and is very annoying.

I orderd 350evo shifter but after the order, I spoke with BJ at 350evo and he said that I may have more noise with 350evo shifter so I sent it back and he is going to exchange it for Rogue shifter. He said that it should have less noise.
