grounding kit
this probably belongs in the modifications section but this section gets way more exposure... i barely get any responses in the other sections of this site...
anyways my question are for people who have installed a grounding kit on their Z.. does it really make a difference that u can feel? is it worth the time and $?

i installed my Insaneanime grounding kit yesterday. the quality was great and only took about 30-45 min. i didnt notice anything different aboiut my car except the idle was a bit different after the install. the rpms seemed to be a tad higher at start-up and took a while to come down. also i was getting shocked by my car all the time, but after the install i have not been shocked once. (knocks on carbon fiber...hehe).
if you want an easy/cheap way to mod your car and make it look cool (and maybe have some slight gains) go for it. its a good way to learn about light modding and you feel a sense of accomplishment when your done.

The ground kit will only net 1-3 hp usually, something you'll not really notice. But if you're trying to get every last HP, then it's something you've gotta do, cus it all ads up in the end.
BUT, if you have a stereo or something, this type of mod can really help as far as headlight dimming (if you suffer from it), and it will help keep the voltage more constant as your amps draw current.
Thats about it tho
