What amsoil weight for my 6mt? and rear diff??
I am using the Severe Gear 75w90 for the rear end (2 quarts) and the Marine 80w90 for the 6mt (3 quarts). The marine application oil is the only one in their lineup that has the correct GL rating. I think it has to do with a corrosion rating. These suggestions come straight from an Amsoil rep. Goodluck.
Just wanted to update this post for anyone searching with what the Nissan service manual says.
Tranny: 2.9 Liters of Nissan MTF is recommended. You can also use any API GL4 75w-85 or 75-90. Make sure you get GL4!
Diff: 1.4 L of any GL-5 rated 80w-90. For climates above freezing, you can use SAE 90. Make sure you get GL5!

I found this product, it may be a suitable alternative.

You'll need Nissan ATF for the tranny, and the diff fluid stuff above applies.
