Default Flywheel/Crank pulley

I used to own a 95 BMW M3, and on that car I couldn't do a crank pulley and a flywheel or it would upset the balance of the shaft. Is that the case with the Z too? Also, can anyone tell me how much the Tilton flywheel/clutch combo costs to buy and also to install? Thanks.

The Z doesn't suffer from that same effect. Doing a pulley and lighter flywheel on our cars are some of the best bolt on mods you can do to the car.
Z's love em, and 9 out of 10 doctors recomend it!
haha, j/k

But the way the engine design is, there is not balance to throw off, and all flywheels and pulleys out there are 0-balanced anyway.
our cars do not need a harmonic dampner like other cars, due to how well the block is made.

I don't want to resurect the old debate of pulleys, blah blah blah.

All I want to know is how much performance can you expect from pulley alone w/stock flywheel? I've wanted to do this mod for a long time but haven't simply because most mechanics I've talked to don't recommend it because of the harmonic balancing issue. I'm sure you guys at Performance have done $hitloads of them by now, no? Any issues to be aware of?

Roughly 5whp on the dyno. They look great, and its one of the best, and effective NA or FI mods you can make.
