Default how are the mossy shifters holding up?

just like the thread says. how are they all holding up?

any WOT vibrations?

does the tranny grind gears more?

is the clip that holds it in posistion still good? by that i mean does it ever pop out or slide out at all?

does it still feel solid?

are you guys using aftermarket ***** w/ it?

do short shifters breakdown your gears earlier than using stock?

what setting do you guys usually leave it on?

I've had mine on for so long I dont remember the sotck one. I have mine set to max short and only recently heard a little rattling at WOT but only when my hand is on the shifter. I am going to readjust the plate and see if I can make it better.

I used it for about 500miles , the rattling on my G35 was "obtrusive", espcially at WOT. I swapped it back out with my prior Rouge. The Rouge "was" prone to WOT rattling also , but not nearly as much as the Mossey. So I used the Mossy "O-ringed" shifter cup with my Rouge and it has been quiet as a field mouse now for 5k miles. PS, I run the OEM ****,the Mossy rattling was "not" in the **** area , it was around the plastic adjustment locking collar.

So now I have the Mossy shifter in as new-like shape , sitting in a box just without the shifter cup. If anyone wants to buy it from me cheap , give me a pm.

I've had mine for going on six months and have no complaints. I use it on the shortest setting, and have heard slight rattling MAYBE a total of four times.

mine has been rattling since the first install 2 months ago. Even with Stillen engine dampener didn't help much.

Still figuring out the fix for it.
