I got the Hotckis TVS package which includes springs and sways for $405 shipped from GSC Motorsports and it is by far the best money I have spent on my Z yet. Makes it feel so much more connected to the road. Power is nice, but you can always feel suspension.

No you will not need it, but I would not go any lower then that. You can adjust the rear camber and toe, but on the front you can only adjust the toe. The front camber will be about -1.5, but it should be fine. What lowering kit are those specs from?
