Thanks for everyones help.

After all it was the Throttle Control Valve was bad- Dealer is replacing it under warrenty.

Odd that it happened after installing the Headers.

Wow, wonder how that happened? Thanks for letting me know. I will try and store that in the old memory bank. Just in case.

How did the dealership come to determine that it was the throttle control valve?
I've been having the same problem with my Z going into safe mode for about a year check link....

Mine went bad after my TN self install....glad you got it covered though.
