Default question about A/F's

i have a question when your just cruising around does ur A/F sit in the 14.0-15 region? even when im cruising around at 3-4K its always in that area. its freaking me out because i dont want to be running lean. at WOT it goes rich but at part throttles i dunno if its supposed to act like that.

this is all according to my Innovate Wideband
