I'm looking to buy one more mod to help me on the track before heading to Nopi event in Bristol next weekend. I'm leaning towards a reflashed ECU by Altered Atmosphere. What do you guys think? Is there something else I should be looking at in that price range?

ecu flashes are usually recommended after all breathing mods are done to extract all the extra hp that the ecu is taking away from the mods.

by look at your sig i don't think you have enough breathing mods to need the ecu flash i would recommend either Crawford cast Plenum or Crawford hi flow cats.

I agree with what GTO2350 said. I would suggest to get some more breathing mods before you go with the ecu reflash. What is the amount that your willing to spend right now? Both the Crawford plenum and hf cats are nice mods that give nice power.
