Revs bouncing at idle.... What does this mean???

I did my plenum by using that Glad Press'NSeal

I just layed it over the plenum and "pressed it on" untill it was sealed, started the car up, it sucked in the areas that needed to be tight, I did and drove the car and re did it until the press'n seal no longer sucked in.

after i installed my test pipes the idle increased and smoothed and does not bounce anymore

I had that happen to me and it turned pout that the filter on my CAI was dirty and that was causing the bouncing idle
