Front Difusor w/o Rear Wing??

Front Difusor w/o Rear Wing??
Is it ok aerodynamics wise to have the Top Secret front difusor WITHOUT a rear wing...will there be a front/rear downforce inbalance? Or will the difusor alone just improve the airflow under the car......
