Default Installing 6MT Tranny void my warranty?!

I found some good deal on the whole 6MT tranny...

anyone know how much it cost me to install the 6MT tranny on a 5AT Z??
(approximately??)

Will the 6MT tranny void my warranty since my car is 5AT when i first brought it....

thx!!

It will void any kind of drivetrain warranty yes. You realize that you will still need quite a few parts such as all the clutch components. It is ALWAYS cheaper to sell your 5AT and buy a 6MT then to do the swap.

You need a new ECM, new main harness and BCM..Better off trading it in..Oh and the rear diff is different.

+1 on buying a new car...

you will spend so much money on this and get hardly any gain. You are better of spending that money on 5at upgrades like changing out for a 3.5 gear, TQ, VB upgrade etc

don't let the stick fanboys pressure you into wasting a lot of money... if you want a stick shift just wait a few years and get it in your next car (lesson learned).
