I just got back my ECU from TechnoSquare (Torrance, CA). Re-installed it and took it out for a 40 mile spin. I must say the car behaves much more aggressive from 3000 rpms to 5000 rpms. Even in 5th gear the car pulls much harder and without that slight delay from 3000 rpms/80 mph - to - 3500 rpms/90mph.
I had a chance to drive around the city today and felt the car pull harder 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. To those who are familiar with the TS reflash, I have not taken the car up to 7200 rpms.
I don't have a dyno with the reflashed ECU with the bolt ons. I just wanted to share my initial feedback. I would recommend it to anyone who has bolt ons. You will definitely notice the added power at the lower end.
cost - $595 and a few days with a disabled Z (in the process fixed the cup holder by tightening the loose screw)
edit: the only other thing technosquare needed from me was a list of my mods, and a recent dyno with air/fuel graph

Any DIY write up from you or a site you got the info on how to get to your ECU?

According to TS - ATs have R2 ECUs. The technician mentioned that I had an R2 ECU without asking me what year or the production date of my car was. When I pulled out the ECU sure enough the ECU had a R2 sticker on it.
