I don't see why not, I do know of a few customers of ours who are running basic out of the box greddy or vortech kits, running the nismo clutch. But it largely depends on your driving habits.
I ended up going with the Nismo clutch and flywheel. I couldn't bring myself to get the JWT flywheel because I kept seeing people post that it was noisy.
The Nismo flywheel makes some noise between 2000 to 2500, but only when you let the engine lag, not when you get on it. If you keep the rpms over 2500 it sounds like the stock flywheel. It also allows the engine to rev faster than stock but not really that much faster than stock. I am certain the JWT flywheel revs faster. Overall the Nismo flywheel is a good compromise.
What I really like is the clutch. It engages lower than the stock clutch did and it graps so much harder. I think it makes the car easier to launch. Overall I am happy with the setup.

i dont know if this is totaly correct, but some of us have a chatter when we turn off the car when its not in gear and without the clutch in. it has a nasty rattle that sounds like somethings broken. from what i understand, all light weight flywheels make this noise at low rpms. this is a make or break issue for me since the last thing i want to hear is this chatter when i am cruising at a fairly low rpm. the stock one weighs as much as it does for a reason. i am considering only changing my clutch and leaving the flywheel (call me crazy) since i hate how my stock one feels.
But the performance gained from Tilton Full Street was more than your current set-up??

I'm very happy with the setup overall, and highly recomend it. Noise, well the JWT tends to be a little noisy, but nothing bad, and it's only noisy until 3k rpms, and only if you are very light on the throttle. It's not bad at all IMO. I actually drove a few friend's cars with the JWT setup, and that's what prompted me to get this.
For those worried about driveability, do not worry, it's a totally streetable setup, with obvious performance gains...

Almost all performance mods will lose you some degree of "street civility". There's a reason Nissan chose to use the flywheel they did. if you want to make your car more like a race car, that's fine, but will lose something in the process too.
