Once you go FI GOODBYE motor warranty. Different clutch and flywheel... see yah drivetrain warranty..now you just need different suspension to complete the unwarranty process.-- I had to fight with the dealer to even look at my car b/c they felt it was not longer under warranty.
If you are good with your dealer there will be no problem. I had a Vortech kit on my car and had some problems with the motor eating oil. They gave me a new short block. Also I had the stock clutch changed to a Clutch Masters free of labor. I paid for the part. So there are ways around all this. Good Luck with your setup.
